Felt a bit like a national traitor today as I went for fluffy pancakes instead of the traditional crêpes 🥞 I like both but I really enjoy the process of stiffing the egg whites to hard whips then gently folding them into the smooth batter for that extra soft consistency 🤤 Flipping a crêpe is fun though! What’s your favourite? 😋
And what do you like with your pancakes? 💗 today we had:

✨ cream cheese
✨ jam
✨ honey
✨ maple syrup
✨ mozzarella cheese
✨ ham
oh, and I made some chocolate chip pancakes also 🍫🥵
