I feel like I do my best when I pretend Iโm playing a real life version of the iPhone 8ball ๐ ๐ pretending I can see the angles all the balls are gonna go towards lolololll. I appreciate everyone who reached out about what game to play ๐ซถ๐ฝ ended up with Content Warning & it was my first playthrough! The game is pretty fun thus far, but I wish there was more monsters that spawn at a quicker pace! It gives me similar vibes to Lethal Company, with the aspect of going out to do something for money in a certain timeframe to hit a goal plus the spookiness involved. workout from tonight: - SLDL 2x 12,9 RIR 2 - SMITH WIDE SQUAT 2x 10,7 RIR 2 - DB LUNGES 2x 22,18 RIR 2 Had to change my programming tonight because the gym was heavily busy. I typically do a smith lunge instead of dumbbells. Iโm currently on week 5 of my program :) the intensity has increased & my lifts have definitely been keeping up. Iโm able to keep my reps & sets at a lower volume because I keep my intensity high, focusing on a slow pace with full range of motion. I forgot to use my inhaler so my last set of lunges were dramatic ๐...
