I have decided to take a break from here until the new year. This decision has not been made lightly. My mental health had already dipped and my physical health took a funny turn that landed me in the hospital. I also have many appointments over the next few months to get my teeth sorted. I canβt lie, Iβve not posted as much as I used to as Iβm struggling a bit to feel really good about myself at the moment. Iβm feeling a little deflated and in recent months due to a medication change Iβd noticeably gained weight. Iβve also been dealing with some stuff in regard to my MH recovery which has also caused my confidence to drop. Hopefully I will be back on top of it soon and posting more frequently.
