I’ll let you in on a little secret — I haven’t edited my photos in a program for a long time. with three posts a day and tons of extra content for reddit, I just physically can’t edit every single picture. but lately, I’ve been thinking… I do want to level up the quality of my content. so maybe… it’s time to bring back a little light editing. like in this pic — I adjusted the colors a bit (toned down the redness in my skin, made the overall vibe cooler), tweaked the lighting, and smoothed out the texture just a little. I already mentioned that I didn’t like the metro in Bangkok, but I found the perfect alternative — motorbike taxis! turns out, they're not just more convenient but also cheaper than the metro, even for long trips, even in Bangkok. today I had a bit of an apocalypse: six outlets in my home stopped working, my kettle’s cord literally exploded, my hairdryer’s cord caught fire, and my entire floor was flooded because my fridge defrosted overnight. turns out, it was plugged into one of the dead outlets, and I only noticed the mess in the morning. in the moment, it was kinda terrifying— one thing after another, all at once :c but… I like to think of it as a sign from the universe that I really do need to move out of this apartment ASAP. if that’s the case, then maybe...
another fun experience from my recent trip to Bangkok — decorating cakes! I found a cafe where you can paint on cakes however you like, so of course, I had to try. it was such a cool new way to draw, and I even painted my own portrait! today I realized there are exactly 100 days until summer, and less than a month until my birthday.
