this might be TMI but we’re all pals here!? since having a baby my periods have been SO bad. the worst id get before was a bit of a tummy ache for a day or so that would go away with painkillers, but since giving birth (through the sun roof😂) they have been SO painful. all the pain carries itself in my back and it genuinely feels like the begging stages of labour for about 3 days. it’s exhausting!! but i have to remind myself sometimes how lucky i am to be able to bare children and (sadly) be reminded of this privilege every month. if your wife/gf is on her period rn, go give her a squeeze and a hot water bottle from me! my ideal solution is a bath and some wine, so cheers😘
