I used to think working out was a chore - something I had to do to stay healthy, but not something I necessarily enjoyed. But ever since I started taking Pilates classes, that's all changed. Now, I look forward to every session, eager to challenge myself and see what new moves I can master. And the best part? The way I feel afterwards is absolutely incredible. 😍
