The hardest step is always going to be the first one. Sometimes it’s more of a leap of faith. I took that leap and made an effort to move in a new direction this morning. Making appointments with new practitioners to learn how to correct the mobility issues that have become a limiting factor to my flexibility. Because I need to be more flexible and I know you love flexible men. I do too. So if you’re reading this, it’s a nod in your direction.
