They def getting there!!!! I’m not as disciplined with my eating as i would like to be. But I’m not at all angry with what I’m working with!!!
I don’t care what anyone says, in my opinion the key to getting defined abs, aside from a good workout regime, is all in the diet!!!
Not seeing a difference in your core…. Change how you’re eating! You’ll see one!
