Late start to the day but I’m up! Despite the recent ups and downs the last month i feel as if I'm coming back out of my shell full circle. Little sun on my skin from those balcony mornings doing me some good. Starting to eat a little more again with my appetite coming back slowly. Gives me hope for better days ✊🏻✊🏻
