Got the bright idea to try to chug an entire serving of Serious Mass weight gainer shake immediately after finishing my 2nd medium pizza for the night... stomach cramped up hard at the end and I had to ease up, but figured I should at least document the attempt for comparison next time I try some crazy shit like this. Gotta at least try to stretch it out whenever possible, I've got some aspirations for competitive eating-level capacity...

Finally got a new belt that isn't worn out to hell from the weight I've put on over the last couple years... just in time to put on a lot more.
