I haven't been feeling well so uploading some older content, sorry for the lack of new stuff but my mental health is in the drain literally, I think maybe I also got sick last week becuase of my mental health too. I had a mental breakdown and hurt myself (only my hand and elbow) punching things and throwing things. I have not had this type of issues in a while so it feels so much worse than before, like I relapsed back into acting like this instead of being calm. I do feel dumb for doing it at least and tell myself I'll never do it agai...
