This is only part of my nightly stretching, and it’s the only thing I’ve found to help my constant pain I’ve been battling for quite some time now. Also whatever just feels good for my body at that time is what i usually stretch, i know this isant my usual content but figured it’s about time and i put a lot of time into it too.
