Last night I had a migraine and all I could muster up the strength to do was lie with an ice pack on my neck, start watching ‘The real Housewives of Cheshire’ (absolutely insane - has anyone watched? Apparently there’s like 18 seasons out there 😱) and eat a chocolate covered frozen banana (new obsession). Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with migraines? I’ve been getting them the past 7 years and I have a personal routine around preventing/treating them but most people who suffer from them also have their own little tips and ...
