A few years ago I never could imagine to have fun on regular workouts but now I’m just so glad to have found joy in it ðŸ™ˆâ˜ºï¸ I never was into sports, even when I was younger 🙈 the only thing I practice for a long time regularly was bowshooting 😉 from eight years old till 15 😠But the last year made me really realise how important it is for my mental health and soul to have some workout routine 🙈 so I even think about to restart training with a bow ☺ï¸
