Well. This is what I will be leaving Mexico to deal with this week Lol. Lots of snow and cold weather. Happy I took a week off from that crazyness literally my job i drive that area 3-6 hrs every day of the week

Day 7. Sun is out but not for long. Cloudy predictions. Woke up at 4am. Stayed awake. Last day here so I am making it a good one. 2pm NFL at sportbar. So not much time to do anything. Already ate breakfast and took supplements. Banana apple and a huge bottle of pineapple juice

After the beach I changed. Went to gym. That machine is difficult for the bar. Both sides had own weights so I had to go slow to get the proper motion. At home. The gym has one set of weight so easier range of motion. Tricep was 60 each side. 120lb - bicep was 35lb each side So a total of 70. And at home gym doing a personal video was tough too. Big crowds so I didn't want to create a video 😂

Update for day 4. Weather didn’t improve. I worked out in the mini gym the hotel has. 45 min of cardio in a warm room. Good workout. Light weights. But that part of the gym isn’t substantial. Relax in the room the rest of the day but will pickup some Food in an hour for dinner then watch a movie on my laptop and hope tomorrow has sun. Burn on legs is still red but the aloe treatments for 2 days have done a lot to heal that. Hoping by Saturday the pink is mostly gone there. And a light tan develops. If I tan again. That will be covered compl...
