So... I did have to go back to the ER late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. I bled so much Saturday evening, I felt absolutely drained. I knew I was on the brink and I was scared to go to bed thinking if I bled more I might die. So we went back and my hemoglobin count went from 8.5 earlier that day to 6.5 that night. The baseline for a blud transfusion is 7. Normal counts for a woman are 12-16. So a 6.5 is pretty bad. A transfusion is a pretty serious thing.
