It’s been a while since I’ve shared my pole dancing journey with you. Here is choreography from level 2. I’ve taken level 2 twice now, and I’ve taken an exotic course as well. The levels focus on a lot of inversions, climbing the pole, and spin pole. The exotic course focuses on more dance movements on the ground and we wear heels!
