Before you go "what the FUCK?!", go to the second and third image 😂 This year, one of my proudest accomplishments is having stopped 15+ years of nailbiting enough to grow them out and even paint them for the first time in my life. The only thing that worked for me were applying fake nails (acrylic and gel nails), which made biting almost impossible, and I've now shifted to applying nail polish in order to keep myself from biting whilst healing from damage by artificial nails. It's working so far, no more nail biting!
