I would love to be deep water soloing again in west virginia! 🤩 Deep water soloing is the safest way to rock climb without any gear! It’s climbing above a body of water that you can fall into at any point. I like to only climb up about 30 feet before jumping back in, but you can dive from about 80 feet, safely! Super fun and super exhilarating!

They can store the water in either their leaves, stems, or roots. Having this ability, they can access water whenever they need it, even if it hasn’t rained in months! 🏜️ This is only one of the three types of ways that desert plants are able to survive in such harsh conditions!

Trust those feet! 😄 Some of the best advice I have ever gotten for rock climbing is to “trust your feet”! Rock climbing shoes are designed to stick to even the smallest of ledges & you’ll stay on the wall as long as you focus on your balance ⚖️ Side note: *this is the first time I have ever gotten professional photos taken of me rock climbing & I am SO stoked about it* 🤩

Went rock climbing today! 🧗🏽♀️ This is me cleaning a route that was lead by @knotty.by.nature! This route is rated at a 5.7, but I would argue it was more like a 5.9 😂 Still had fun, nonetheless!
