In truth, I had an EXTREMELY rough morning. I have been suffering from insomnia due to the extreme caloric deficit, so woke up at 1AM last night and couldn’t get back to sleep. At 6AM, exhausted… I started to binge eat. After I ate until my stomach hurt, I finally fell asleep. Woke up around 1pm, pretty disgusted with myself. Just wanted to go back to bed and try again tomorrow. But I made myself get up, go to a boot camp class, hit the sauna for 45 min, and do an hour on the stairs.
