My weight is starting to balloon back up to 270 I’m almost there and I noticed that with each doctors appointment I have the bigger I grow… I’m hoping by the next appointment I have in a few months I’ll be even bigger. I wonder if I’ll start getting questions soon. I did a sleep study and most likely I have sleep apnea my doc already was mentioning the cpap mask to me he pretty much was like yeahhh you most likely have it even though my results didn’t come in yet. Am I looking that fat? Doesn’t help that I keep eating greasy food ...

Went out with a friend to Boston. We went to a holiday market and spend the night at a luxury hotel. I ate soooo much and definitely stayed in the pool/hot tub for wayyyy too long.
