Daddy is back in the gym! I was lifting and working with a trainer from Oct through Dec, but called it quits when Omicron made working out unsafe. Now, I’m finally back in the gym. I do a 5-day split with 50 min lifting each day, ending with 20 min of cardio and 10 min in the sauna. I’m excited to grow my muscles again, and evolve into a muscle bear.
