Day 6: Illness still undetermined. First 3 days were easy to write off as bad fibromyalgia days, I’ve had this happen a few times the past couple years. Days 4, 5, and 6 are not so easily explained. I refrained from caffeine Wednesday, Thursday and Friday- maybe it’s just withdrawals so I had a cup of coffee yesterday and working on a coke now. Headaches still here plus it doesn’t explain the easily exerted clamminess that only occurs during sickness. My torso has been hot for days. It’s been a rough month.

Day 3: For those of you who don’t know, I have fibromyalgia. I felt really good Monday and waaay over did it. So now I’m a 3rd day couch lump and feel self conscientious and bad that I’ve been absent. It feels a lot like a sleep deprivation strung out hangover. Better today, yesterday was worse than Tuesday. Ive canceled 2 dr appts.
