Leg day….again!! One of my favorite body parts to train these days. No heavy lifting this workout session, working on fine tuning some things. Deficit straight legs, glute machine work, and one-legged angled kickbacks to show a few of what I did. Sometimes heavy lifting isn’t necessary, but more about keeping everything working properly 💯

Yesterday was Mother's Day, and I had originally planned to just work all day and make some moola 🤑 But spur of the moment, we (myself, husband and son) decided to just hit the strip for once. It's really rare I go down there, really try and avoid that place at all costs, BUT...we got dressed for some warm weather, had some drinks and simply walked up n down the Vegas strip 🌇 Got a little buzz, talked to people from all over the world, and just enjoyed the weather. Haven’t had a chest day in ages it seems. Still got up some pretty decent weight considering. Actually came in for shoulders and triceps but decided to throw in some chest, why not 🤷🏻♀️ Been training every day lately; whether it’s a combination of lifting and cardio, cardio and muay thai, or simply cardio…doing everything I can do tight n tone up. In 39 in a month and wanna be in the best shape of my life this year! 💪🏽 Let’s go!!

Happy Friday y’all! 😁 Went out shootin with the fam yesterday 🎯 and got slightly burnt in the desert sun🏜 Wasn’t even too hot, but the sun just hits different out there ☀️ Had a ton of fun, per usual. I’m sore as fuck, also per usual. Lots of walking over uneven terrain, and just the recoil, and weight of the guns themselves takes a toll on the body. Wish I could show y’all some of the videos…but unfortunately I can’t lol. Have a great weekend by the way! 💞😘💋

Abs between sets of back today! Keep the bl00d flowing with active rest, and build some abs while you’re at it. Three different variations, 4-6 sets each exercise, roughly a 100 reps per separate ab movement. Tho this will help “build” the abs, cardio and proper diet is really what makes them appear 💯 Let’s get it! 💪🏽

Leg day; or should I say "glute" day! It's been awhile since I've posted anything fitness related. All these exercises are mainly glute focused. Heaviest squats I've done in a long time! Started with very low weight, then I pyramid up, then back down. Why the Smith machine over traditional free weight? I can place my feet out in front of me, doing two things. It takes tremendous pressure off my knees. Also, by doing so, it places a majority of the weight towards my hamstrings and glutes; exactly what I want. All the other ex...
