IM ALIVE!!!!!!!! my panic attacks have been getting a lot better. I’m waking up with a lot of anxiety right now but I’m implementing new routines and finding peace of mind. Waking up and stretching, going outside and sitting in the morning sun and meditating. I’m going to start going to a gym gym (not a climbing gym only haha) and going to start running. I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health (who isn’t though lol) but it gotten to the point where I can’t stop having panic attacks and I went to the hospital today because I didn’t know what else to do. I’m not better but I’m trying and getting help. I just ask for your patience and grace while I’m trying to figure things out. Obviously you don’t need to stick around or anything but I didn’t want to leave you guys in the dark

I worked all day yesterday making content for a gifted collab and it was a little stressful?
