August 8th - 14th 2022400sboy this was a strange week for me, and i remember it well. nothing really bad, just unpleasant and full of panic attacks. i will say this, i felt so good about how i looked and how fat i was getting - i remember that well, too. coming up on a year since the big move, and i was finally getting to the point where i could say i felt at home. then and now, it’s one of the absolute best things i’ve done for myself and i regret nothing.

May 1st - 7th 2022370s - 380s April showers bring May….. pounds? that’s how that saying goes right? some way some how i slid straight through the 370s into the 380s and showed no signs of slowing down. i was blowing right back up and was so excited to be approaching 400 again! this first week was so fun. i was excited to assume a new role at work in a couple weeks, of course excited for the pay raise that would bring (thinking with my gut, of course) and all the food i was going to eat with it.
