A much needed update! i started painting again over the weekend! 🥰 i don't think i've ever talked about it but it's something that i absolutely love, but haven't had the motivation to do over the last couple years. going off of my medication for adhd and bipolar disorder has been a really eye opening (and extremely difficult lol) experience, i now see that my joy for things i previously loved had straight up disappeared over time. apparently this is a thing called anhedonia, which is associated with both medications i used to be on. withdrawal fro...

I'm so so sorry I totally disappeared this week but I'm currently bedridden with the flu. I haven't been this sick in years. I'm hoping in the next couple days I'll actually be able to get up and eat a full meal, let alone try and look cute for pics/videos. I hate this so much :(
