today was such a productive and eventful day. I spent the afternoon working hard and the evening at home, all by myself. usually, being alone at home feels challenging, but this time it was actually really nice, and now I’d love to spend more solo evenings like this. at home, I washed the dishes that had been sitting in the sink forever, dyed my hair, did a bunch of self-care and cleaning, all while listening to psychology podcasts in the background. it feels great knowing I didn’t spend the whole evening scrolling through reels but got ...

in my sketchbook, I usually draw with a black pen, but recently, I felt inspired to experiment with color. I asked chatgpt for suggestions of artists to study, and the first name on the list immediately caught my attention—James Jean. I had a dream today that I moved into a new place — a house in a swamp — with some new roommates. they turned out to be elf characters from my drawings. this house didn’t have internet, so I wrote paper letters to my loved ones and sent them off with a carrier pigeon. despite the lack of modern comforts, living with the elf characters I created was actually pretty cozy, lol elf-style on-off selfies (it’s not the elf from my dream, but…….. spent time at a friend's place today. she spent two hours showing me characters from the game ‘Identity V’, diving into all the skins and details about the game.
