How do people have the strength to keep posting like nothing happened?

The change in seasons have my joints screaming but all the sweet messages and tips I’ve gotten are warming my heart. I know that I say I’m not responding to DMs at the moment but I like to read them a little when I’m stressed. Thank you 🥰
